How do I pay rent?

You can pay rent online through our secure payment portal. Simply visit the Pay Rent page and follow the instructions. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

You can submit maintenance requests through the tenant portal or by contacting us directly at support@og-rooms.com. For emergencies (water leaks, no heat, etc.), please call immediately.

What is included in my rent?

Rent typically includes water, trash, and sewage. Many properties also include free laundry and parking. Specific inclusions vary by property - check your lease or property listing for details.

Can I have guests?

Yes, you may have guests. However, please be respectful of your roommates and neighbors. Overnight guests should be limited, and all guests must follow property rules.

What happens if I need to move out early?

Please contact your property manager as soon as possible. Early termination terms vary by lease agreement. In some cases, you may be able to sublease with approval.

Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am on weekdays and midnight to 9am on weekends.

No Smoking

All properties are non-smoking. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarettes properly.

Cleanliness

Keep common areas clean and tidy. Clean up after yourself in shared spaces.

Parking

Park only in designated spots. Guest parking is available but limited.
